By placing an order with Fresh Prints Photo Booths it is deemed that the client has read, fully understood, agreed to and is bound by all of our terms and conditions.

To confirm an order a small deposit is usually required, made payable via bank transfer. Our services must be paid for in full before setup of any equipment. This is standard practice for any performance based industry and we reserve the right to refuse carrying out any work until full payment has been received. The client reserves the right to cancel an order but any deposits paid are non-refundable. Any event cancelled within 7 days of the event will be liable for 100% of the hire fee.

We always allow plenty of time to reach a client's chosen venue and for setup of equipment, but we cannot be held liable for unforeseen events such as road closures, major traffic, vehicle breakdown, adverse weather conditions, complications at the venue or any other circumstances beyond our control. If such events should occur, we promise to arrive and setup as quickly as possible, and offer a pro rata extension of hire time in the event of a delayed start. This must be agreed by the venue's management. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil our contracted obligations to a client, our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event.

We have fulfilled every order to date but we cannot be held liable for unforeseen events such as illness or personal problems. The client will be notified as soon as possible if we are unable to fulfil our contracted obligations and our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event. We promise to help put the client in touch with another entertainment provider but we cannot be held liable if an alternative provider is more expensive to hire.

On the rare occasion the hired equipment may have technical problems, every effort will be made to rectify the problem. If the problem is rectified within the hire time, a pro rata extension of hire time will be applied. If a failure of the printer occurs, Fresh Prints Photo Booths staff will encourage guests to continue using the booth and to write in any albums provided by us. The pictures will then be printed after the event and together with any albums posted directly to the client. No Refund shall be given unless the photo booth is unable to take pictures due to camera failure or hard drive failure.

It is the full responsibility of the client to make sure that party guests behave appropriately. We will not tolerate threatening or abusive behaviour and if we feel our personal safety or the safety of our equipment is at risk, we reserve the right to terminate the service immediately, and no refund will be given for any monies paid in relation to the contracted event.

Our equipment is our livelihood and very expensive. We always have a photo booth attendant and do our utmost to protect the equipment, but accidents can occur especially when party guests are consuming alcohol. The client agrees to indemnify Fresh Prints Photo Booths for any damage or theft of any Fresh Prints Photo Booths' equipment whilst on hire. Refusal to pay will result in immediate termination of the service and legal action taken against the client by way of a small claims court, to recover damages and any loss of earnings as a result.

Most venues have a strict midnight finish policy and in some cases earlier. It is the full responsibility of the client to liaise with the venue's management and make sure they can accommodate any requirements. We cannot be held liable if the management won't allow us to provide the service for the entire hire period.

Fresh Prints Photo Booths has full ownership of all photo booth images taken and reserves the right to use them for advertising purposes if we so wish. Please note, child privacy is paramount and we will never use images of children for such purposes. All photo booth images will be uploaded to our Facebook page unless agreed otherwise by the client. If there are children in any of the photo booth images they can be uploaded to a private Facebook group at the client's request. The client and party guests are free to download and share the photo booth images uploaded to our Facebook page in relation to the contracted event.

Fresh Prints Photo Booths accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the photo booth, props or any other hired equipment.
